Shop Fabricated, Field Erected Bleach Towers

We were awarded a contract that included the shop fabrication and field erection of three carbon steel Bleach Towers, two of which were 27 feet/22 feet diameter by 148 feet-6 inches overall height and the third was 25 feet-9 inches diameter by 154 feet overall height, a 29 feet internal diameter by 212 feet -7 inches overall height, continuous Digester with thicknesses ranging from 1.609 inches to 2.646 inches which, we shipped in can sections, with nozzles installed, and field fabricated into five sub-assemblies, stress relieved, stacked and then the round seams were welded out. 

We also shop fabricated and set a 12 feet – 6 inches internal diameter by 121 feet-3 inches overall height Impregnation Vessel, with thicknesses ranging from 1.160 inches to 1.33 inches including a 1/8 inch 304L stainless steel cladding.
