We have performed the last three Catcracker Turnarounds at Shell's Anacortes Washington Refinery in 1999, 2004 and 2009

Jobs included:

• Assisted customer in developing their scope of work, schedule and budget
• Entire maintenance scope
• 3-4 month pre-outage work
• Approx 100,000 man-hours, utilizing 200 men during the outage
• Managed all direct hire and subcontractors for the outage maintenance
• Removed Cat unit head and cyclone
• Shop manufactured critical parts, including the head in 2004
• Performed upgrades, replaced air system, upgraded Catalyst Cyclone and ductwork
• Performed major retrofits to the CO Boilers
• Built Reactor
• Installation of new Reactor and Structure

All outages were on time and on budget with no safety issues.
