During a fifteen day shutdown, we removed a single bank Superheater on the No. 10 Recovery Boiler and replaced it with a three bank Superheater. Access was made through the Boiler roof, penthouse and building. The main lift Crane was placed next to the Boilerhouse closing off the road and railroad line through the Mill. Once the new Superheater was in place, we closed up the Boiler roof and penthouse, installing new supply piping from the Headers to the Drums. As part of this job we installed and piped new sootblowers, replacing seven sidewall panel and modifying access platforms. A sweetwater Condenser was also installed along with the necessary support steel.
