PSF Industries offers management, supervision and manpower to perform shutdown and maintenance work on a move-in, move-out basis, putting your equipment back on stream with minimal down time at competitive costs. Management and supervision will work with our clients in planning and scheduling on a critical path procedure to fill your needs. We provide the skills and equipment for retubing of evaporators, boilers, heat exchangers and also the repair or renewal of stacks, breechins, bins, tanks and digesters.

Materials:

Carbon Steel, Stainless Steels (300, 400 and Duplex Series), Inconels, Titanium, Stainless Inconel and Hastelloy Cladding.

Engineering:

PSF is capable of design and fabrication drawings if the engineering staff is given performance data. We do not design for processes or systems. We do design to ASME, NBIC and API. Our Engineering Department is adequately staffed to satisfy shop and field production capabilities.

Personnel:

Supervision and equipment for seven complete crews. All of the supervision are full time employees
