Engineering:

PSF is capable of design and fabrication drawings if the engineering staff is given performance data. We do not design for processes or systems. We do design to ASME, NBIC, API and AWWA. Our Engineering Department is adequatley staffed to satisfy shop and field production capabilities. We do not perform engineering as a stand alone service.

Bays and Cranes:

• 1 Portable Shelter 20 feet-9 inches wide by 21 feet-9 inches by 42 feet long (no crane)
• 1 Bay 200 feet by 30 feet with one 25-ton crane, 28 feet hook height and two 10-ton with 28 feet hook height
• 1 Bay 150 feet by 60 feet with two 10-ton cranes, 32 feet hook height
• 1 Bay 200 feet by 30 feet with two 25-ton cranes with 28 feet hook height
• 1 Bay 70 feet by 22 feet with two 3-ton cranes with 11 feet hook height

The maximum combined lift per bay; listed above - 45, 20, 50 and 6 tons

The maximum mobile or fixed yard crane loading capacity in company equipment is 30 tons; and four 7-tons and four 40-ton casters (188 maximum heavy in-plant lift).

The maximum mobile equipment available locally for heavy in-plant lifts is 400 tons (single crane).

The largest product fabricated complete in our shop and shipped by barge to our customer in Blain, Washington, see 1998 Vacuum Tower Award, was a 7 feet,12 feet, 23 feet, 12 feet I.D. by 107 feet-1 inch overall length weighing 335,745 pounds.
