Diesel Fractionator

PSF fabricated one ASME Vacuum Diesel Fractionator Tower: 18 feet-6 inches internal diameter by .75 inch wall by 41 feet-6 inches shell height with the lower section transitioning down to 16 feet-6 inches internal diameter by 12mm by 29 feet-2 inches shell height, with SE Heads and Skirt. Material is SA516-Gr70 backing with 410S cladding on lower section and SA516-Gr70 on upper section.

The Vessel weighed 87 tons when shipped complete by barge from PSF’s Seattle Shop to Blaine, WA.
