Shop Fabricated Heat Exchanger

In the spring of 2000, the Seattle Shop Fabricated a stainless steel gas heat exchanger. The exchanger measured 11 feet-6 inches in diameter and 50 feet-10 inches in overall height, it contained 2,160, 1-1/2 inch diameter tubes by 14 gauge at 35 inches, weighing 152,323 pounds. It was fabricated complete in the shop and transported by special trailer.
