Shop Fabricated Kamyr Digester

We shop fabricated a 29 feet internal diameter by 212 feet-7 inches overall height, Continuous Digester, with thicknesses ranging from 1.609 inches to 2.636 inches, in can sections with nozzles installed. The cans were shipped to the field site, field fabricated into five sub-assemblies, stress relieved, stacked and then the round seams were welded out.

In addition, we shop fabricated and set a 12 feet-6 inches internal diameter by 121 feet-3 inches overall height impregnation vessel, with thicknesses ranging from 1.106 inches to 1.33 inches including a 1/8 inch 304L stainless steel cladding.

Also part of this contract were three carbon steel bleach towers, two of which were 27 feet/22 feet diameter by 148 feet-6 inches overall height and the third was 25 feet-9 inches diameter by 154 feet overall height.
