Shop Fabricated Tube Sheet

Fabricate two 16 feet outer diameter by 7 feet-11 inches internal diameter by 1.75 inches thick Tubesheets. With two 16 feet outer diameter by 2 feet-9.75 inches internal diameter by .50 inch thick Donut Baffles, one 16 feet outer diameter by 9 feet internal diameter by .50 inches thick Donut Baffle, three 18 feet-7.75 inches outer diameter by 9 feet-2 inches internal diameter by .50 inches Donut Baffles and five Tube Support Plates.

All material was SA516-Gr70. Items were stacked and drilled with 4070 holes at 1.77 inches diameter +0.003 inches/-0.007 inches tolerances in accordance with TEMA. The Tubesheets were reamed and deburred on both sides.
